How does our current system of government really work? Is is a democracy? Can we create a more democratic system?
CCCD activists work on issues like empowering people to better use the current system; introducing Instant Runoff Voting, Campaign Finance Reform, and better auditing of the voting process; and defining the appropriate role of corporations in the democratic process.
In CCCD also acts as the sponsor of two local democracy groups:
